Graves + Associates has been hired to design a transit-oriented development located in the Hilltop Medical District of Tacoma. G+A is honored to have this great project recognized by The Daily Journal of Commerce. Read the full story below:
"The approximately 343,000-square-foot project broke ground last spring and is expected to be completed sometime in 2024.
Kirkland-based Sai Group is developing Aspire which Graves + Associates designed and Jody Miller Construction is building".

"When complete Aspire will offer a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes, all market rate. The amenity rich community will also have a fitness center, yoga studio, bike storage, dog run, a rooftop garden with gas grills, picnic area and fire pits, and a community room with kitchen.
The development also has three levels of parking and 16,991 square feet of ground-level retail.
Kidder Matthews is leasing the retail space, which is divisible to 1,000 square feet. Aspire 11 is located adjacent to the forthcoming 2.4-mile Hilltop Tacoma Link Extension, now set to open this fall".
